Everything you need to know about 16th Street Skateco.
Products
All 16th Street decks are made from 7-ply Canadian maple. The industry standard for strength, pop, and durability. Each deck is pressed using professional skateboard construction methods.
Check each board’s product page for available sizes. If you don’t see the size you skate, DM @16thstreetskateco and we’ll see what we can get for you.
Our graphics come from local Waco artists. We don’t use stock graphics or AI-generated artwork for our decks.
We release our boards in batches. A sold-out batch doesn’t always mean the graphic is gone for good. Follow @16thstreetskateco for restocks and new drops.
Ordering & Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
In-stock orders usually ship within 2–3 business days after payment clears. Delivery time depends on your address and the carrier. We’ll email tracking when your order ships. Contact us before ordering a custom size or shape so we can confirm availability and timing.
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping charge and order total before paying.
Returns & Support
All sales are final except for the order issues covered by our policy. Report wrong items or major arrival damage within 48 hours of delivery to Austin@16thstreetskateco.com with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We cover return shipping for wrong items and send the correct item. Approved major damage claims receive a replacement, or a refund for the affected item if a suitable replacement is unavailable. Minor cosmetic dents, scuffs, and graphic blemishes that do not affect the deck’s structure or use are excluded. Manufacturing defects are reviewed separately.
