All Sales Final
All purchases from 16th Street Skateco are final, except for the order issues described below. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or product preferences.
Please double-check your deck width, clothing size, graphic, color, and order details before purchasing. Questions before you order? Email Austin@16thstreetskateco.com.
Wrong Items & Major Arrival Damage
If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived with major damage, email Austin@16thstreetskateco.com within 48 hours of delivery. This is the deadline to report the issue, not the deadline for a return to reach us.
Include your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved. Please do not send anything back unless we provide instructions.
Wrong item: We cover return shipping and send the correct item at our expense. We may waive the return on a case-by-case basis.
Major arrival damage: We review photos and replace approved claims. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we refund the affected item. Major damage means damage that compromises the deck’s structure or use.
Minor cosmetic dents, scuffs, and graphic blemishes that do not affect the deck’s structure or use are not covered. A deep dent that compromises the board is treated as major damage.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, email us with your order number, a description, and clear photos as soon as you discover it. Manufacturing defects are reviewed separately from the 48-hour window for wrong items and visible arrival damage.
Skate Wear & Damage
Normal wear and damage from skating, including scratches, razor tail, chips, pressure cracks, impact damage, and breakage from use, are not covered. Damage caused by water exposure or improper storage is also not covered.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
